Né en 1976 à Nice (France), le Rabbin Daniel Torgmant a étudié au Lycée Safra, Nice (1990-1994), Yeshivat Mekor Israël, Epinay (1994-1999), Yeshivat Hékhal Hatora Be-Tsion, Jérusalem (1999-2000) et Yeshivat Sha’ar Hatora, Strasbourg (2000-2002).

Il a reçu son ordination rabbinique de Machon Ariel, Jérusalem (2003-2010), et a obtenu une licence en Hébreu et Civilisation de l’Institut Inalco, Paris, ainsi qu’une maîtrise en Hébreu et pensée juive de l’Université de Strasbourg II.

Le Rabbin Torgmant est Rabbin de l’A.C.C.I.M. depuis 2010.

Il fait partie de la CER (Conférence Européenne des Rabbins).

Le Rabbin Torgmant est marié à Déborah et ils ont 4 enfants : Ychaï, Moshé, Adassa et Hillel.

​He received his Rabbinic ordination from Machon Ariel, Jerusalem (2003-2010), and gained a BA in  Hebrew and Civilization from the Inalco Institute, Paris, and a MA of Hebrew and Jewish Thought from the University of Strasbourg II.

Rabbi Torgmant has been Rabbi of A.C.C.I.M. since 2010.

He is part of the CER ( Conference of European Rabbis).
